Summarizing the award-winning food blog, The Stay at Home Chef
Hello everyone ;D
Look at those homemade lemon poppy seed muffins! Absolutely adorable. Anyways, what I would like to mention is its convenience to search a recipe you're just looking for ;)
This is the 2nd post on my food blog!
Before beginning to show you my experiments at the kitchen, I'd like to do a couple of activities and this post is for one of them!
In this post I'd like to introduce my analysis on a famous food blog, The Stay at Home Chef °˖✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧˖°
Rachel Farnsworth, the funder of the blog who has husband and two school-aged children started cooking at the age of 11. She has experiences of both formal and informal culinary trainings. Now her recipes are used in bakeries and restaurants all over the world!
This is the recipe index page of the blog. You can narrow down the recipes according to the main ingredient of the dish, different types of cuisine such as French, Mexican, and so on. This is especially useful if you cook everyday, and you want to make sure that you don't ruin any vegetable or meat left from a few days ago! Because in this way you can more effectively search the recipe you just need.
You can also specify the result of search to either vegetarian (more than 100) and vegan (38) recipes.
Most of the recipes comes with photos, but more than 400 of them also has a video. If you're a beginner of cooking, they should help you a lot!
What I especially find attractive is how this blog creates a sense of community. If you look at the comment section, you can see readers of the blog interacting and advising to each other. This allows the blog to be very helpful even if the author cannot answer to questions frequently and of course, you don't feel lonely in your problems ;D
